Sharon has dedicated the past three decades to the development of quality care delivery systems in eldercare nationally. She functioned as a surveyor/supervisor with the Indiana State Department of Health for six years and is federally certified in regulatory affairs. She is also certified in gerontology and legal nurse consultation. She conducts educational seminars nationwide and works closely with attorneys who specialize in Long Term Care (LTC) Health Law and medically-related cases.
